Homoeopathic Medical Association of America
This corporation is a nonprofit foundation not organized for the private
gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable
purposes in connection with the principles of Homoeopathy as enunciated by Samuel Hahnemann, MD the founder of
Homoeopathic Medicine.
The public and charitable purposes are:
- The promotion of public welfare through the development of Homoeopathy through teaching and research dealing with the sick and the healthy.
- To encourage and assist schools, colleges and universities in establishing qualified methods of teaching Homoeopathy and related subjects through periodic self-study.
- To protect and expand the quality of Homoeopathic medical education.
- To create and promote cooperation with and between other organizations and agencies in the furtherance of Homoeopathic medical education and related subjects.
